90 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee

Hydreon Corporation unconditionally guarantees all merchandise for 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 90 days for a prompt exchange or refund, excluding all shipping and handling charges. Meaning, you ship it back to us at your expense and we do not refund shipping charges. Please see how to make a return below.

Three Year Limited Warranty

Hydreon Corporation warrants to the original purchaser of merchandise that this television simulator device is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date. User is responsible for transportation of product to Hydreon Corporation. If return occurs outside the 90 day guarantee, the unit will either be repaired or exchanged at Hydreon discretion. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper voltage, service, flood, lightning, vehicle accident or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than Hydreon Corporation. Hydreon Corporation, under no circumstances shall be liable for any consequential damages for this unit. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have rights which vary from state to state.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges will be for the same model as originally purchased.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, a check made out to the original purchaser will be issued.

To Make a Return

If you do need to make a return, please email info@faketv.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the receipt, a brief explanation of the problem, if there was any, and what you would like to happen when we receive the return- refund or exchange. Please do not simply return the unit without contacting us first, we will not likely know what to do with it.
